@RTPIScotland @BBCDouglasF @InfraCommScot RICS Scotland and RTPI Scotland have called without success for an independent agency for many years. Hopefully the Scottish Government will listen to its own Commissioners who are suggesting the same thing. We desperately need an informed investment plan for the next 25 years.
