Reception went to Church for their Pilgrimage this morning. Thank you to Father Sebastian for talking to us while we were there.

We have been learning about Vocations and how we are called by God to be certain people and live our lives like Jesus. The children said we need to be; caring, kind, loving, friendly, helpful, happy and wonderful.

Reception started their Jubilee celebrations yesterday with dancing, biscuit decorating, painting, crumpet tasting and many more other exciting activities. #PlatinumJubileeCelebration @sjohnvianney 🏰🇬🇧

On Friday we crowned Mary and after Mass, we collected together by our Mary statue with flowers led by some of the children from Year 6. @sjohnvianney 💐💐💐

We have been creating our own flame hats during our Pentecost unit. We have discussed how the disciples felt before and after receiving the Holy Spirit. 🔥🕊💨

As part of our Easter unit, Reception visited church this morning to do an observational drawing of the Paschal Candle. @sjohnvianney 🕯
