So yesterday it was beginning to work its way into my chest. I get an upper respiratory infection every year sometimes twice a year, I have since I caught covid in 2020.
Started using this yesterday morning. My lungs are super clear today.

Day 3 of some of the worse allergies ive ever had. I think I'm on the verge of a sinus infection and my right ear is clogged and ringing loudly. Im so miserable today. Usually we have lots of rain this time of year that keeps the pollen knocked down but this year is a drought and the great pollening of 2026 is going down as one of the worst years for me. Ok, im done manflu complaining now, carry on.

I got hit with a hack too a few weeks ago. It is a big issue and I hope the criminals get what they deserve.

@BrianRoemmele AI content sentiment has been super interesting. Coming out of consumer research done last year, attitudes were surprisingly favorable towards AI content if it was helpful. Clearly, bad content is just bad regardless of the source.

Have we all hit AI Notetaker fatigue? I have seen multiple AI meeting summaries this week that begin with kicking out AI notetakers for people not attending the meeting and not auto-sending summaries because of volume and most requiring an account to read them.
