People are willing to go against what they believe is right just so they don't look stupid. Like voting for someone just because all your friends vote one way... Believing saving will make you rich because your parents taught you to save... who aren't rich btw... You feel like you'd be left out because you think you're supposed to fit in everywhere. You're not.

Whenever you feel alone, just know that God loves you unconditionally and is bigger than any problems you have in your life. Trust God and keep fighting.

Sharing your dreams with others may come back with "be realistic." I believe there's a "Chain of Realistic" or something. It's that someone told person A to "be more realistic", which lead to person A telling person B, which lead to person B telling person C, and so on... People usually talk about their dreams and leave it at that. You're taking action towards it. You know how rare that is?

@tailopez You read something once, feel like you get it, then move on. So nothing ever sticks long enough to change how you operate. That’s why it never shows up in what you do.

You should stop reading new books. Read one old book ten times instead of ten new books once. Depth beats width.

@souljaboy People don’t pay attention until something is already working. Then they show up like they were there the whole time. That’s when you decide who actually gets access.

They ignored you when you were building… don’t let them interrupt when you winning.

Everyone watching you isn’t rooting for you. Pay attention to who shows love and who just studies you in silence. Not all attention is support. Some eyes follow you without ever pouring into you. Every gaze isn’t aligned with you. Guard your energy and keep building.

@mindsetmachine A lot of people take one "no" and stop trying. Not because they can't, but because it's easier to leave it there. Most things don't happen on the first ask anyway.

Don't be depressed if someone rejects you. Don't be sad if someone refuses to help you. Remember the words of Einstein, "I am thankful to all those who said NO to me. Because of them, I did it myself."

Wanting to do more and doing more are not the same thing. People usually go to school, get a job, retire at 65, too broke to enjoy retirement. It's not that you chose your own path, it's that you were given a default one that was considered to be "normal."

Stress makes the brain demand quick dopamine, so late-night scrolling and junk food feel urgent when you are depleted; protect sleep, eat on rhythm, and build short recovery breaks, because a calmer nervous system reduces cravings before they even form.

The fastest way to attract what’s meant for you is to express yourself so honestly that everything misaligned falls away on its own.

People love buying courses. It helps but only (some ridiculously low number, like 10%) of people actually complete them. And of those who DO finish it, it doesn't work as they expect. It's not that the courses didn't work, it's that the courses needed longer to make work.

@theJayAlto The people who seem most themselves didn't arrive there. They just kept choosing it over and over against something pulling the other way. It doesn't get resolved. It gets practiced. Every version of yourself you become has to be chosen again tomorrow.

by default, we conform. it’s hardwired into us. we crave the approval of others. it might become easier to resist with practice, but it’s never guaranteed. every day is a fight. being yourself is an endless pursuit.

@danmartell Failure has a known cost. You find out, you adjust, you move. Not trying keeps the cost hidden until it's too late to do anything about it. The regret at 65 isn't about the times it didn't work. It's about the ones that never got a real shot.

@blakeaburge Chasing approval is exhausting because the standard is never yours. You hit the mark and realize it was never their validation you needed. It was proof to yourself. Self respect ends that loop for good.

A lesson I wish I learned earlier: You don’t need to impress people, you need to become someone you respect. Build habits you’re proud of. Make decisions you can stand behind. Live in a way that feels honest. Self respect removes the need for outside validation.
