Warning for a new type of fraud using @Uber_Support . Pre-ordered van in Milan this sat. Van drove close to the hotel and started trip without us!!! Driver did not answer any calls or messages, direct or in app. No support flow in to support this fraud. No help yet from uber.

@slac @Uber_Support I also had awful experience with Uber in Italy, but that was Rome. And support also didn't help, they outsource support to another company.
