SLC has received more than 1.1 million refund requests through its Digital Refund Service, which offers a self-serve route for customers to request Below Threshold refunds. @SLC_Repayment @SLCComms Please can you advise why loan application submitted in APRIL and, continuously upon request re-submitted, is still pending? The latest request for EXACTLY the same documents was received yesterday. This uncertainty is having an impact on the student.

@SLCComms daughter received letter confirming payment would be made between 9th&13th September but nothing in her account and first rent payment due today. Are there issues with payments?

@beeponi_ Hi, this means that we are waiting for a confirmation of registration from your university before we can release the payments to you. They usually send this automatically after you start studying. Thanks, Anna

@SLCComms hi I’m wondering can you help. I made repayments to the student loan company in 2006-2008. My employer deducted the amount from my pay but the student loan company have no record of any repayments until 2018. I contact HMRC who keep telling me to contact yourselves
