#OTD in 1998, we designated the #YMCA Building, 135th St Branch an individual landmark. It was the largest such facility for African-American men & boys when built. Jackie Robinson & teammate Roy Campanella acted as coaches & mentors at @ymcanyc starting 1947. #BlackHistoryMonth
