@VietHeartPA Nope , my dad passed suddenly 4 years ago. Still have his number, his texts and the home phone says mum And dad …. Why change it?

Is it weird to keep my dad’s phone number in my favorites contact list, he passed away five months ago. Because I love seeing it on my iPhone. I love that man

@Jennnnnn_x I suffer - it’s crippling . The ball under your feet. Also stretch out ur toes before bed and before getting up in the morning. Also insoles and soft gel heels , oh and those funny half socks

Anyone experienced plantar fasciitis? I'm really struggling and starting to get frustrated as doing everything I should be doing, bought expensive insoles, rested it and it's just so sporadic I'm losing hope of running 😭

@mrsbaileywrites I struggled to read out my dads . I imagined him saying “ come on , get this done” etc etc . I also practiced and had a pause at certain places where I could take a deep breath.

In four days, I’m going to give a eulogy for my dad. It’s written but I’m not sure how I’ll get through this. Every time I practise it, I sob. Does anyone have any advice or wisdom? He was a brilliant man and I want to do this justice at his memorial ❤️

Sadly this platform may have run its course for me. Very little in the way of pleasant interactions or new interesting posts to read lately. Rude ads and an incessant, entrenched argument cycle on repeat, over teaching methods or stationery ☹️

@AidanSevers Or should we be looking at A) pre planned lessons to save time but then giving teachers time and focus to adapt to their students, knowing them and making sure they can access them successfully?

Which one is better? A) pre-planned lessons which save teachers time which they HAVE to teach but aren't motivated to do so B) teachers spend time planning their own lessons in the way they want to teach them but are burning out because of the time it all takes
