IDM 2025! Maternity at ORC have held a scarecrow trail to bring our teams together. Fantastic to see the creativity surrounding ‘Midwives: Crucial in a Crisis’. Ward teams spent their own time building scarecrows to bring their imagination to life! Smiles all around.
