If a species decided to brute force their way n2 something by evolving the body to withstand it first what then?

@SMin1on @JOKAQARMY1 Took only 58 years for humans to go from the Wright Bros first airplane to Yuri Gagarins V2 Rockets. Aliens would have probably have invented it long before leaving their own galaxy. If they are 1000 years ahead of us in technology, inertia dampers is preschool stuff.
