@virginmedia Extremely disappointing customer service ! I spent over a hour speaking to a colleague who didn’t seem concerned about resolving my concerns before being rudely Cold transferred to someone else before being hung up on!

@virginmedia It has been escalated as a complaint and I am expecting a call from a manager tomorrow. It took 9 people to reach that conclusion. Still not resolved though

@virginmedia To be honest are they ? The fifth person has now just cold transferred me. Ill be lodging an official complaint now. The same person from your movers team has transferred me twice after promising to look into it !
