Hi @TeamYouTube , yesterday you blocked my channel, which was just starting to gain traction with my audience. My content was gaming-related; I was just playing games. But YouTube said it was fraudulent and spam. Let’s take YouTube to court.

YouTube is mass DELETING animation channels. @TeamYouTube Over the past few days, I’ve seen dozens of posts from animators whose channels were suddenly removed. The reason is almost always the same: “spam, fraud, and deception policies” But these are normal animation channels. Original content. Made manually. Animations, characters, editing - all created by the authors. No spam. No scams. No deceptive practices. Channels just disappear. Appeals are either denied, or something even stranger happens: there are already multiple cases where a channel gets restored after an appeal - and then gets removed again shortly after. So a human approves the appeal… and then an AI deletes the channel AGAIN. Support response in these cases: “the decision is final” This no longer looks like isolated mistakes. Hello @TeamYouTube and @YouTube I previously filed a Platform Control (DSA) complaint against YouTube for suspending my channel, Political Map. According to the information I provided, they accepted my complaint, and you should have responded within 14 days, by April 8, 2026. However, it is now April 8, 2026, and you have yet to respond, clearly violating DSA regulations. My channel only produces election visualizations and clearly labeled election predictions, as well as some reasonably cited election news clips. There is absolutely no spam or fraudulent content as you claim. Furthermore, your review process is extremely opaque; you rejected my appeal in a short time without providing any reason or specifying which video violated the regulations. This is extremely unfair to me and my viewers. Therefore, I request that YouTube comply with DSA regulations and immediately respond to my complaint before the deadline. YouTube just demonetized my channel 3DLifeSavers for "Inauthentic Content" and I need someone to explain how that's even possible. @timdanilovhi Every single video on this channel is 100% MANUALLY animated in Blender. I build 3D warrior models, rig them, animate fight sequences, and render every frame using freelancers. Samurai. Ninjas. Medieval combat. All original. All handcrafted. This is not AI-generated. This is not recycled footage. This is not spam. Here's exactly how every video is made: – Scripts researched and written by me using actual historical sources – 3D characters designed and built from scratch in Blender – Every animation hand-keyed frame by frame – Sound design and editing done manually I understand YouTube is trying to crack down on AI slop flooding the platform. I support that. But your automated system is punishing the exact creators who are doing it the right way — putting in real hours, real craft, and real effort into original 3D animation. My appeal was rejected within a day. That's not a human review. That's a rubber stamp. @TeamYouTube — give this channel an actual human review. Look at the Blender project files. Look at the render logs. Look at the work. Creators who build everything from scratch deserve better than getting wiped out by a filter that can't tell the difference between original animation and content farm garbage.

YouTube @TeamYouTube is currently targeting my channel. First, they disabled my monetization for no reason, and now they’re banning my channel for alleged spam and fraud. I’m asking you to take steps to restore my channel. It’s impossible to continue working on your platform when my channel and those of everyone around me are being blocked and our monetization is being taken away. This is widespread discrimination against creators.

I filed a complaint against YouTube via Platform Control after being ignored by creator support team for over 10 days. After watching Thomas Kim, Director of Product Management for Creator Monetization & Support at YouTube, I realized something clearly, I’ve followed every single rule, and this is a false demonetization. My experience with YouTube monetization has been completely inconsistent — and it feels like automated AI systems are playing with creators. • Dec 17: My channel was demonetized • Dec 19: Monetization reinstated after appeal (so the decision was wrong) • Mar 09: Demonetized AGAIN for the same “reused content” issue • April 04: My related channel with ZERO issues was also demonetized just for being linked I submitted clear evidence via email to Creator Support, no response. Not even an acknowledgment. Meanwhile, I’ve now been waiting over 200+ hours. What’s worse? On X, @TeamYouTube responds with generic “please stay in touch via email” replies while completely ignoring the actual email thread. I’ve even attached a screen recording proving this disconnect. This is unacceptable. Small creators deserve transparency, accountability, and timely support, not silence and automated replies. Hi @TeamYouTube I just received a response from Support stating that my channel is, after all, in violation of the rules and will not be unblocked. I am requesting a manual review, as this is clearly a mistake. My channel has never violated YouTube’s rules.
