@KerryAtkinson2 As heartbreaking as it was, I gave my wedding dress (45+ years) and my mom’s stunning wedding dress (70+ years) to a friend who has a vintage fashion business. She was thrilled and they were instantly rehomed.

The heck am I going to do with Mom's wedding dress? That's her veil on top & the tiara is in a zippy bag. (I can't wear it - too tall(🤣) & too fat) I have the original pattern too. #MomsWeddingDress

Friends, Mary is a poet laureate. She is amazing and was a friend to @drdagly She left for a while but came back after his passing for community.

Last nights supper. Pork shoulder steaks (one of the most economical cuts available) on the outdoor oven (yes…I know it’s time to switch the drip tray liner) with some voodoo taters and caesar salad. ‘Twas a good meal.

Now that my friend’s obit is in the paper, I can share how I will remember him. I will smile every time I see a sunrise I will savor every moment with friends I will think of you when I drink a particularly robust red Rest well DM

Today may have been my lowest day yet. Not good. Had agreed to get together with some of the OG #yegbike crew tonight. Damn near cancelled, then remembered how important it is to get together and share thoughts, stories memory and grief. Was a great evening. Thank you my friends
