@JohnBarentine In Sydney I think we eventually influenced the Sydney City Council split the CBD into zones and defined appropriate luminaires for each zone. So the older more historic sections like The Rocks have lower CCT and lower levels. Unfortunately I don’t know if this is the case.

Solar Activity Report: Dec 22-28, 2025. Activity started low, with X‑ray flux generally in the low C‑class range aside from a few higher C‑class events. Activity increased on Dec 27, marked by an M5.1 flare (AR 14325) at the east limb and a C9.9 flare (AR 14318) near disk center.
