Us trying to make our 6 AM inter-island flight to Kona: "Now jam the handle on her suitcase so it won't lower when she's putting it in the car and has to unpack everything into another bag on the sidewalk in the dark." "Now add lots of traffic on the road at 4:30 for no reason." "Now make the security checkpoint ridiculously slow." "Now have the @SouthwestAir app send them to the wrong gate and make that gate in its own building past the end of the terminal." "Do the same thing to everyone else's app so there's a confusing pile up of mad people back at the right gate and make the person in charge unusually irritable and decide to not to let anyone thru even though other employees are saying we could probably let them on." "Ok, now get them on another flight in 3 hours. They'll be fine because they're Calvinists."

@SouthwestAir - Thank you for easing up your restriction on moving seats when the flight isn’t full. Kudos to flight 2117 SJC to LAX 5/28/26. FAs were chill and th pilot was v good looking too! Very different vibe from when you had just switched over to assigned seating in Feb.

Hi, Yisroel. Carry-on limits are enforced at the gate to comply with safety requirements and to help ensure adequate space for all Customers on board. Personal items, like a fanny pack, are counted in addition to a standard carry-on, and our Gate Agents are responsible for enforcing these guidelines to support a smooth boarding process. Still, I understand how frustrating this situation may have felt, and I’m sorry for the disappointment on this occasion. I appreciate you calling this out. We expect these policies to be communicated clearly, respectfully, and consistently, and your feedback helps us address situations if inconsistencies have occurred. - Alex

@SouthwestAir customer service is really bad PHX-BUR and gate agent was driving everyone nuts that carry on bags must be checked… making BS about being an FAA violation to take an extra carry on (even a fanny pack attached to the waist)….. meanwhile overhead space is empty

@SouthwestAir testing my patience fr. Why am I constantly booking the same trip, money is constantly leaving my account, but I'm not receiving a confirmation email?! I've called multiple times, and no one can explain why. One guy also said that the charge was ran 3 times???

What a bunch of crap. @SouthwestAir Here is their conspiracy. They won’t offer me extra leg room as an A List Preferred member, but my wife (not A list) can get it for $64… (same flight). It’s a scam to be A List with Southwest now. I don’t need your fricken pistachios!!!

Rapid Rewards primary Credit Cardmembers and up to eight Passengers traveling on the same reservation are each eligible to receive their first standard checked bag free (weight and size limits apply). While primary Credit Cardmembers can add other users onto the card, this benefit is only for the primary credit Cardmembers. - Amanda

Shame on you @SouthwestAir! I am a credit card holder and rapid rewards member. Checked in for my flight and was charged $45 for my bag because it’s was my wife’s rapid rewards number used to sign up for credit card. As co-signer on account my bag should be free. Terrible policy!
