@FLCons @IndianaGPA I saw so many of these just thrown out with the cutover to “word processing”. The IBM heavyweights. That smell they put out too.. like oil or ink or a combo. That hum they made when idle. All gone.

A lot of us took typing classes way back when! Do you you remember your keys getting stuck? 🤨 Do you remember how cool new version of the typewriter was? That was of course until the ball would get stuck in mid air and the whole machine would come to a screeching halt! 😆 We went from stuck typewriters, to blue screens of ☠️, to phones that can type for us, and now to Ai that can write entire books for us! What's your opinion on the exponential progress technology has made?
