Less than two weeks until our first scrimmage!! I got to workout with Sara at @SPINMotionLLC today. I worked on staying loose, explosiveness, my curveball, and pitch sequencing.

Another great lesson with @SPINMotionLLC - Coach Plourde is such an amazing mentor and I always walk away with something!!!
