Special Purpose Vehicle $SPV

Anthropic, OpenAI, and SpaceXAI make up a very large, yet concentrated portion of Private Equity, between those firms about 200-500b in derivatives, financial instruments, and especially SPVs are trading without explicit approval from the underlying private companies. Because of this, all of that money could essentially go 'poof' causing a massive shockwave in the Private Equity space that will echo throughout the entire inflated tech and finance sectors. This will not only destroy some of the massive ballooned valuations that we see these private companies trading at, but it will also cause insane ripple effects for their IPOs, subsequent lawsuits for all of the illegal brokers that initiated and raised using these vehicles, sketchy secondary grey markets, and cause hundreds if not thousands of investment funds, firms and angels to lose every cent they invested, because what they bought wasn't one of the big boys, they bought a Special Purpose Vehicle. And that special purpose was to fuck everyone that bought it. Welcome to the $SPV show.

What I am reading is that this goes far beyond just OAI and Anthropic, there is a massive grey market for solana:B6DGvQekdsVemYsZBKLY64KV2oj7dCR5tW7iPSvZpump held assets, and this is the first domino of many. Monitoring this situation closely as all of this liquidity gets tied up in lawsuits leading into what was supposed to be a market upswing.

Anthropic just published a statement that should terrify anyone buying private AI shares on secondary markets. >>>>“Any sale or transfer of Anthropic stock… that has not been approved by our Board of Directors is void.” Not restricted. Not disputed. Not under review. Void. That means if you bought Anthropic exposure through Forge, Hiive, SPVs, tokenized shares, or synthetic structures without explicit board approval, Anthropic says you are not a shareholder. No shareholder rights. No recognized ownership. Potentially no claim at all. And the numbers involved are massive. Secondary markets have recently implied Anthropic valuations ranging from ~$380B to over $1T, with some estimates suggesting $400–500B in implied value evaporated after the announcement. It gets even more extreme: Anthropic says it does not permit SPVs to hold its stock, and warns that funds offering indirect exposure may be using structures designed to circumvent transfer restrictions. Their message to investors was blunt: “Assume that it is invalid.” Meanwhile, secondary markets have been pricing Anthropic shares anywhere from ~$265 to $1,400+ per share as AI hype exploded. Now imagine discovering the company itself may not recognize the transaction you paid for. This is the clearest example yet of counterparty risk in private AI markets. People thought they were buying the next OpenAI. What they may have bought instead was contractual theater.

So layered SPV investment got you a 68% Anthropic exposure. Buying Google stock gets you 14% and Amazon - 18%. AND a multiple on all the money Anthropic spends on compute (most of their money). AND exposure to a money-printing business with a strong AI component that rivals Anthropic. AND no scam risk. While the 32% lost in SPV fees just fund someone’s coke habit in Miami. Same $100K put in AMZN and GOOG over the same time period would also get you the 30% return. You’re welcome.

Was looking into this earlier as well to deduce the situation, that middle connecting bubble is the PF bonding curve, and thats the only link, I am not sure how bubblemaps actually connects those wallets other than that, but if you know more, please let me know and we can put a PSA out to the community to try and get that resolved.
