@HDFCLIFE Today another phone came from hdfc slic , they said that my policy number is 10025582 . The policy was taken on 30 march 2013 . The policy name is hdfc life classic assure plus 1 and the the premium is 50k , policy validity is 15 years and relationship manager is Mr Rajat Sharma
