The day has finally arrived. The Installation of the 20th Provincial Grand Master for South Wales. Final checks and rehearsals are complete, and Brethren are arriving in great numbers from every corner of the Province and further afield to show their support.

The Province of South Wales has opened a new chapter in its long and distinguished history. R.W.Bro. Robert G. Payne has been installed as Provincial Grand Master, and W.Bro. Merrick C. Jones has also been installed as Assistant Provincial Grand Master.

The Provincial Grand Master, accompanied by the Pro-Grand Master, together with many distinguished guests and dignitaries, are gathered at a drinks reception prior to the Festive Board.

The United Grand Lodge of England, together with the @OrderWomen and @_HFAF_ have decided to launch legal action in response to what we believe is an unlawful, discriminatory, and unfair decision by the Metropolitan Police to designate Freemasonry as a declarable association.
