I’ve always wanted to be a better writer. Ironically, that got harder once AI started paraphrasing and on some occasions, writing things for me. So I’m building a guided writing tool where you choose a writing goal and AI adapts to how you’re thinking, not the other way around. Should be ready in about a week.

I don't understand what you people mean by "peak" anymore. Ronaldo in 07/08 was the de facto best player in the world. At no point in Neymar's career was he ever recognized as the best player in the world, officially or unofficially. So how can his peak be greater than 07/08 Ronaldo?

I love Rooney that’s my goat… but respectfully there hasn’t been a prem player that can talk to neymars peak barring 07/08 Ronny. The entire convo was disrespectful.

When I say Nigeria may struggle to become great, people assume I’m talking about infrastructure—electricity, roads, jobs. Those are real issues, but they’re not the core problem. The deeper issue is human capital: a large portion of the next generation is growing up without proper education, stability, or values. Many are out of school, lack basic literacy, are exposed to abuse, and are influenced by unhealthy social norms around money and behavior. If a country’s future leaders are being shaped in that environment, it raises serious concerns about long-term progress or any progress at all.

We’ve reached a point where AI outputs are being treated as unquestionable truth. Someone shares a screenshot of a response, and discussion just stops—no one examines the reasoning, challenges the conclusion, or checks the sources. That’s a problem.

@Bd_irB_ll @TuscanLeatherrr We never finished 8th or 15th before Bruno arrived. Better runs in Europe before he arrived. We even won the Europa league. Bruno has benefited from our shit period

Again this has always been the funniest argument. So if all you have to do is try a lot and you're bound to get goals and assists, why doesn't everyone do it? Why isn't the average Fulham or Burnley AM just "statpadding" and getting himself a £100m move on 250k/week?

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby. It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC. May God bless America.

Information density creates the illusion of being behind. Your brain processes things as: “Everyone is better/moving faster than me.” But that’s not reality. That’s aggregation. Those events happened across thousands of people over weeks or months. Your brain compresses them into a single moment.

🚀 Today, I'm officially launching @ArushaWealth , a registered and regulated financial planning & wealth management firm for immigrants and children of immigrants building their American Dream. Over the past 18 months, I've directly helped 300+ people get their green cards & indirectly helped so many more. But there’s one reality we keep seeing: that's just the beginning of the journey, not the end. We arrive with ambition & do everything right: we get into top schools, earn valuable degrees in the right fields, build strong careers & earn well, only to realize over time that high income doesn’t always translate into high net worth or lasting wealth. You're earning well but you see how much goes to taxes You're not sure how much should go to paying off your past student loans and how much to investing for your future You have family obligations back home that you can't ignore & you're not sure how to manage this without sacrificing your own goals Without a clear long term plan, you wake up down the line & realise you are stuck - permanently dependent on your paycheck to maintain the lifestyle you have. This is not the American Dream we came here for. We have officially launched @ArushaWealth a financial planning & wealth management firm for immigrants and children of immigrants in the United States. Built on my experience as a wealth advisor at Goldman Sachs Family Office, along with my training as a Certified Financial Planner® and my MBA from Columbia University, Arusha helps individuals & families put structure around what comes next through comprehensive financial planning, tax planning, investment management, and legacy and estate planning. I've worked with some of the wealthiest American families and seen exactly how wealth is built, protected & passed down in the U.S. With Arusha, our focus is on bringing to immigrant families that same level of planning and the opportunity to build lasting prosperity. Our clients so far include startup founders who have raised over $10M, and professionals across tech, finance, and law, including Microsoft, Amazon, the World Bank, private equity, and Big Law. 👉 If this resonates, feel free to reach out here: arushawealth.com/contact And if you’d like to stay in touch & receive occasional updates and guidance, you can subscribe to our newsletter here: immigrantmillionaire.substack.com This is just the beginning. I’m excited to work with the next generation determined to build lasting wealth.

On Bruno, most rival and even United fans have become prisoners of their own agenda—so much so that they can’t bring themselves to acknowledge how good he is (and has been). By the way, he’s always been good; it’s just much more highlighted by the departure of that freak (KDB). Now most people realize that Bruno is the only player in that bracket with KDB—the gap between him and the next (Ødegaard?) is huge.

@michaelttfw Even then, he was an attacking midfielder being played out of position, yet you can’t say he was the worst midfielder in the league compared to some specialist midfielders—and that should give him some grace.

@SQLBrethen It’s not about numbers though. Haaland is still the top scorer and he’s nowhere near POTY. Bruno was poor for the first 4/5 months of the season. Not United’s worst but still poor. Been great the last 3 months but not enough to be in this conversation.

Bruno has had a good second half of the season. Probably the best individual during the past 3 months. But… The first half of the season still happened. I put value on performances in pressure games over than trying to finish top 5. Probably Gabriel for me.
