@sporemaniak1 @MattoonVArtist A lot of times it’s a problem with either the reader heads or the controller that translates the data on the drive. Both can be pretty troublesome though I think the reader heads are easier but if it’s helium filled HDD then it’s more difficult. The controller is top diff.

@MattoonVArtist IDK how this stuff works, but reading online quickly it really does seem to be depentend on type of error. Mechanical omes tend to be really expensive due to special tools being used. I feel so sorry for ya bud, for future DO keep backups, more than one mind you!

Subnautica 2 does not allow players to kill fish or other sea creatures using weapons or tools. Unknown Worlds developers have confirmed no plans to add lethal combat mechanics in future patches. Gameplay design lead Anthony Gallegos explained the game’s philosophy: “The tone of the game we’re making is that you are here to exist on this planet, not to dominate it. You’re not the conquering colonist here. The goal here is not for you to master the world and bend it to your will.” Players can still capture small fish for cooking. Defense relies only on tools like flares to distract predators and the multitool to repel creatures. The studio is improving these non-lethal options in response to feedback but won’t add lethal tools. Developers view this as core to the game’s identity and are not planning a combat-heavy experience.

@RainAsterion The material she drew has long been illegal in the US. The Supreme Court has repeatedly found that sexual depictions of minor are not protected by the 1st amendment. And this has not led to criminalization of other speech or artworks.

Disappointing seeing fellow artists cheer for censorship. What makes you think you won’t be next? Normies think all anime drawings, especially moe style, look like kids even when they’re intended to be adults. Drawings should never be grounds for legal prosecution.
