Ha sido un arduo trabajo para las 55 comisiones técnicas que han seleccionado las mejores propuestas. Dear @FundacionFero when 2 out of 8 reviewers wreck a proposal with poor or no arguments these evaluators must be excluded from the panel specially when the other six think the proposal is excelent! BTW this is also an advice for @contracancerINV @ASEICAnews and many others.

Preprints need to gain more visibility. With the current review process they are years ahead of the conventional publishing record. If you are a funding body, pay reviewers to evaluate preprints to make them fully eligible as track record.
