🔶️ Here is a personal decision that everyone has to make for themselves: If you speak out against the deal now and it still happens, then yes, you lost. But at least you can tell yourself that you did everything in your power to oppose it while there was still a chance. I'll be able to look my family in Iran in the eye knowing I didn't stay silent. Maybe that's just me. My worst-case scenario is that I wasted my time - not that I didn't try to fight it while there was still time. I can live with that just fine. Or you can trust that the deal won't happen, for whatever reason, and choose not to say anything. That's a personal decision everyone has to make for themselves. The number of people - both publicly and privately - trying to convince me to stop speaking out against the deal, using whatever argument they can come up with, is insane. Every single time, I find myself wondering whose side they're actually on. Speak out against the deal. Don't speak out against the deal. I don't care. That's your decision. Do whatever you want. But the pressure many accounts are suddenly putting on me to stop speaking out against it feels anything but "normal".
