It’s Christmas Eve so of course I anonymously tested the homeless provision for veterans. Spoke to a lovely lady at the end of the phone at Op FORTITUDE - placements being found and hotels if not. Heroes. So proud of the team. We will end veterans homelessness for good next year

@irmaPTSD @BritishGasHelp I have no idea how anyone can afford a direct debit that has increased 4 fold, (?). I do know we are seeing the effect already of veterans being driven into fuel poverty. All we can do is be here to pick up the pieces.
