China has been taking advantage of this as most of this oil going to China exclusively. Scott means that oil already loaded and in sea can be diverted to open market. This disrupts chin's supply. The proceeds would potentially go to an escrow account and not to the Iranian state

But that commitment to the navigation of strait goes back to 1970s Iranian embargo and was a energy security policy. With US becoming the largest producer of both oil and gas, and fully secured energy wise, there is no longer need to stick to that commitment. In fact it is in US favour to keep the strait shut. It would rep handsome rewards for LNG exports.

If Trump stops the war with Iran's regime in place & in control of the strait, it would clearly be a defeat. Either the blockade would remain or strait would re-open with money flowing to Iran. US would also have abandoned a decades-old commitment to freedom of navigation.

I think you need earnings of 40k plus to be a contributor.The vast majority the boriswave was low paid rather than highly paid nhs consultants or doctors and this is the issue
