Yesterday we celebrated World Edible Insect Day! Our Innovators donated $2 to see staff and guests participate in eating bugs! This event culminates our Quarter 1 STEM focus-Entomology. All proceeds go to our STEM Partner @CleanMemphis @PLTWorg @SCSOptional @STEMelliott @theTSIN
