QUERY: If they spent AT LEAST $100 million on "Supergirl," why isn't any of it in the trailers?
1 - Poorly lit cinematography.
2 - No big names highlighted.
3 - No ooh-ahh set-pieces that sell a blockbuster.
4 - Trailer can’t decide if it’s gritty, campy, or PG-13.
5 - CGI looks AWFUL.
6 - Music cues are forgettable current-day garbage, not pulse-pounding themes.
7 - Action seems like chaotic afterthought, not choreographed spectacle.
8 - Costume designs hide the hero instead of making her beautiful.
9 - Troma-level acting and dialogue.
10 - Trailer marketing feels like it's bullying you into seeing it instead of inspiring you.
Assessment: this is a movie that doesn't even WANT to succeed...
...and never intended to.
And honestly, I'd be surprised if WB spent even $20 million on this Super-Slop.
