@MaxxZimonick @turbotax Cash app wouldn't let me add the overtime tax and neither would 1040.com so i had to use turbotax. It made a difference in the return amounts

Now all of the homes are being foreclosed on!
Turns out the HOA took in advance of $ 300,000 in cash upfront that needs to be paid back to the construction company!
If you divide the $300,000 into all the homes it’s about a $20,000 per Home fee!
