You can always tell when an investigation is totally above board and looking to bring to light the truth, when the investigators are instructed not to leave any tangible evidence of the results. No one cheats and hides it like Michigan. Champion cheaters

An FYI regarding the University of Michigan investigation into the athletic department. No physical report was compiled and issued. Regents were briefed orally recently on the findings, which were critical of the AD and others at the university.

Switch the time periods of Signgate and Tattoogate...and the punishments would be reversed. Michigan would've gotten pummeled pretty badly in 2010 while OSU probably doesn't even have to say goodbye to Tressel in 2023.

It’s true, starter homes have gotten bigger, but that’s only part of the story.
While we don’t need government price controls, we do need the government to stop blocking supply.
Zoning restrictions, endless permitting delays, impact fees, and red tape have made building simple homes nearly impossible and it’s delaying family formation for a generation.
