Two EA-18G Growlers crashed today following a midair collision at the Gunfighter Skies Airshow at Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho. All pilots appear to have ejected safely.

Twister Sisters tornado intercept! 🌪️ Sooo, @SavannaBritoWX and I ended up being caught by a partially condensed, birdfart tornado while driving SE of Janesville, WI near the small town of Turtle, WI at approximately 6:02pm. I saw a video posted by @SWeberpal who had captured video of this same tornado, which is initially how I found out that our suspicion of having driven through a small, weak tornado was confirmed. I’ll add in a video clip of a screen recording I took of Savanna’s Facebook live feed which shows at seconds 12-13 the rotational movement of rain and small ground debris in the field to our S, moving NE towards us. At about second 14, you can clearly see that we are in the rotation of the tornado, which lasted for a total of approximately 10-15 seconds. At this time, we were traveling due E on E Townline Rd, towards Turtle, WI, which we had just turned onto from CTH-J. What the camera doesn’t capture is that my side of the car (driver’s side), was being pelted with rain and ground debris (mud, small sticks, and worms). This makes sense because approximately 98% of tornadoes in the northern hemisphere rotate counterclockwise, so because the tornado initially hit us on the R side of the car, my side (L side) was the one getting hit with the rain and debris. Once getting out of my car a few hours later, I noticed the worms had essentially exploded all over the side of my car from the force of being thrown into it. 😅 Not exactly how we wanted to experience our first zero meter, but I guess we’ll take it! 🌪️🤙🏻 The first picture is a screenshot from @SWeberpal’s video of the tornado and the video clip is the screen recording from Sav’s Facebook live. @NWSMilwaukee #TwisterSisters #GirlsWhoChase #ZeroMeter #StormChasing #wxTwitter #WIwx

@CPalermo_Storms @EmmaWalkerWx @SavannaBritoWX @NWSMilwaukee There's a fairly decent track of EF0 damage down Maple Lane east of County J and some along County J. Lots of tree damage and some outbuilding damage. It was a fairly broad tornadic circulation with occasional condensed vortices rotating around it.

A very concerning severe weather setup across S. WI and N. IL this afternoon and evening. Potential for a cluster of supercells with attendant tornado threat. The fuel for these storms is more reminiscent of May or June than April. #wiwx

However, Tiffany is about as good of a candidate as the GOP can hope for in Wisconsin right now between name recognition and being in tune with rural voters.

State Supreme Court Election Results: Chris Taylor (D) 462,965 to Maria Lazar (R) 297,493 +165,472 for Taylor, she won -There are 1,798,000 Republicans in Wisconsin -There are 1,477,000 Democrats in Wisconsin -Only 16.5% of Republicans (generally speaking) turned out for Maria Lazar......and why? Two out of many reason: citizens know elections are rigged 100 different ways. Secondly, when they get a "Republican" in it is just a Democrat in disguise, like John Thune.

Simply horrific scene in Louisiana. Public utility worker’s bucket burst into flames. He tried to climb down and fell to ground suffering burns and injuries from fall. He was rushed to hospital and is in serious condition. Prayers for his recovery 🙏🏼

@joelrich4goblue @BarstoolUofM Wisconsin was very up and down in November and December. They’ve been a very good team in the new year. Two of their three losses since Jan 1 were by 2 points or less.
