Only Indians who look like Nepali Hindus are Indian from far north or hilly region, due to their shared khas ancestry.

On top that, they'd hate to know that someone thinks they look Chinese. They literally are majority in Nepal and have high steepe ancestry compared to east Asian.

@MsOngnipotent @Oluchiisxn You still didn't get the rural problem. They did wash, everyone did. Problem was washing doesn't make infection go away, if you don't use a proper material and disinfectants. Issue of moisture allowed infections. Reusable sanitary pads are not just piece of cloth folded.
