@Yasir434524 It’s unfortunate that we don’t have systems that take an average person and turn them into real-world talent. Right now neither the universities nor the government are doing this, so the gap is being filled by short courses from various institutes.

@SaadPastaDev I do not agree with this "hidden talent" idea; no nation can move forward significantly with so-called hidden talent; a nation must have a system that can turn an average person into a real talent in bulk. We like daydreaming and it's very unfortunate

There's hidden talent everywhere in PAK. Saw it myself - a kid used to sell chicken boti from a cart right outside our SMIT campus. Got into the course, finished it, and now he's an AI engineer building chatbots. Honestly these kids just need someone to open the door. That's what @OfficialSwit is doing with SMIT.

While reviewing my screener on Trading View, NATF showed up trading at P/E of 3.38. I was surprised to see such a low valuation for consumer goods company. Read the report and found that it generated 80% of total profit from one-off discontinued operations event. Stopped there.

I just had some calls and what I have learnt is a huge leap forward for investors and traders in Pakistan. You'll have your account with any broker of your choice, but buy, sell, and manage your portfolio through any app you like. Or even build your own. Open architecture is finally coming to PSX. Your broker becomes the utility. The app becomes the choice. Investors win because competition shifts from "which broker has the best app" to "which app does my broker enable best. Independent builders can focus on UX without becoming brokers. Brokers can focus on execution without designing apps.Investors stop compromising. Big shift. Will share more as it develops.

Ticker Analysts Engineering Analysis Ticker Analysts is a solid PSX stock screener, but several engineering gaps hold it back. Performance is the first concern the homepage loads all live data at once with no lazy loading or SSR, creating serious LCP risk and slow load times, especially without a regional CDN. The screener's 40+ filters likely hit the backend without proper debouncing or caching, and live market data appears to rely on polling instead of WebSockets, which is inefficient at scale. On security, there is no visible Content Security Policy header, which is a critical XSS vulnerability for a platform handling user accounts and financial data. The screener filters don't seem to be reflected in the URL, so users can't share a specific screen a major miss for a community-driven investment platform. Mobile experience suffers from dense data tables that don't translate well to small screens, and there is no native app despite 10K+ users. Finally, the blog content lacks JSON-LD structured data markup, leaving significant SEO ranking potential untapped. The quickest wins are CSP headers, URL-shareable screener state, and WebSocket-based live data all low effort, high impact.
