Laura Luebbert @NeuroLuebbert will work with FutureHouse and the Sabeti Lab @PardisSabeti to develop AI-driven workflows to identify viral sequences in genomic and transcriptomic datasets by leveraging conserved protein motifs. Laura is known for creating gget, a widely-adopted open-source toolkit for transcriptomic analysis. During the fellowship she will analyze multi-tissue longitudinal sequence data from 4,000+ participants, establishing a comprehensive baseline of the human virome.
