@DogsTrust Coukd you guys make use of old crib mattresses in your shelters? Perfect condition, but NHS guidance is new mattress for each baby. No springs / metal inside, just like a fabric covered pad. Thanks!

In amongst the #physicianassociate noise / chaos, I would quietly like to say that I think the PA model works really well in A&E. All my ED PA colleagues @LeedsHospitals are great and seamlessly integrated into the team. I think this is also because we have 10/10 senior support❤️

@BBCNews Please can you stop the scaremongering stories about #studentdebt. I have student debt >£100k and the repayments are affordable compared to my income (and I’m a parent and have a mortgage). Please stop putting young people off of going to uni 😖
