@bancroftian I drove one of these in worse conditions in circa 1995/96, literally through tunnels of snow after we'd been snowed in for 2 days, and with the "sauh" handle drawn (switched on) the whole time, down a mountain. It was awesome!

Another example of impact on the ground: the Institute and our civil society partners gathered key political and diplomatic actors in Kosovo to promote cross-party cohesion on the country’s Euro-Atlantic commitments, including the dialogue with Serbia.
