“I wasn’t trying to hate on DeMar, so here’s my 4 minute rant hating on DeMar” Anybody who’s watched a lick of basketball over the last 17 years knows that DeMar, 1. Can put the ball in the basketball at a high level and 2. Stay healthy over the course of a season. So it’s really not a surprise that he will end up in the top 10 scorers all time. It doesn’t really matter what his playoff record is and how many losses he’s accumulated when you talk about all time scoring. Those two points are completely different. But like all other all time stats, it’s temporary and having a take like this diminishing his career is ridiculous. Eventually he is probably going to get passed by players like SGA. Thats the game of basketball. Nothing is permanent. Stop being a weirdo dork. People like you are the reason the sports discourse is so awful

It’s early, etc, but #athletics might need to consider sending Denzel Clarke down to AAA to get some confidence back. With the offense scuffling in the early going, carrying Clarke and asking him to bunt whenever someone reaches in front of him seems…inefficient? Maybe?
