This is as good a time as any to remind us all that this is what landlording is. Pure wealth extraction and transfer to people lucky enough to have money from people who work for a living.

So everyone didn’t get the memo huh? They’re purposely making blue states unaffordable so that deep blue voters are priced out + move to blue dot cities in red states where their vote is diluted. The housing crisis is a manufactured political strategy to reshape the electorate.
