Idk why reporters keep lazily parroting the "Fisher is increasing payroll b/c of the bright future in Vegas" PR line when there's literally an MLBPA requirement for him to spend 150% of their revenue sharing check on payroll! No mention of this rule in Mark or Evan's articles.
