@tmnsky I had a frustrating experience with the customer care of SadaPay. It took them more than 24 hours to respond to me via in-app chat service. Yesterday, my account was deactivated suddenly because of the CNIC expiration, without a prior notice. This is not how products grow

@SadaPaySupport @sadapaypk @easypaisa Good responded after several weeks. Your team has been in contact with me without providing any help or understanding. I am sorry to say but I don't think Sadapay has any inclination to support the clients.

My daughter was deprived of Rs 8500 this morning from her @sadapaypk account. The money was transferred to @easypaisa account attached to 0347-5926486. Easypaisa says complain to Sadapay but the company website displays no telephone no. Are these companies accomplice in crime?
