I find it hilarious how many Sens fans have forgotten how Mark Stone left when we needed him most. He was adored here, set to be captain, and the face of the franchise.
But he had his eyes on Vegas and joining Kelly McCrimmon. He forced our hand by refusing to sign until deadline day, risking walking for nothing.
Blaming Melnyk or Dorion is cop out. Stone bailed. Call it what it was.
