BEST METHOD TO COOK BEANS:
• Rinse and soak overnight [12 hours].
• Drain and strain water.
• Put in a pot, pour water and boil for 6 hours [peel carrots and place them on the beans].
• Skim off foam as you boil.
• After 6 hours, strain and drain water.
• Discard the carrots!
• Cook the boiled beans in spring onion, condiments, spices and coconut oil/ghee.

I do not know how long Allah will give me on this Earth, but my heart feels calm tonight.
So let me share something beautiful.
Let us glorify the greatness of the One who created us.
My body is in so much pain and I’ve never been more grateful to just have a human body.
Human bodies are made of around fifty trillion living cells, and each cell carries an architecture of information so deep that no supercomputer on Earth can imitate it.
Inside one single cell, millions of perfectly timed molecular events unfold every second.
Every command that forms your body, repairs your wounds, strengthens your immunity, stores your memories and raises your heartbeat is encoded in that microscopic world.
If you turned the information inside just one human cell into computer code, it would take libraries the size of our planet. Yet that is one just one cell out of fifty trillion.
The real intelligence of this universe is not in our machines.
It is already written inside us.
It is written in the cell.
It is written in the fabric of creation.
It is written by Allah.
The deeper scientists go into the cell, the more they face something they cannot explain.
Precision. Order. Balance. Intention.
Almost as if the universe is whispering to them that nothing about this is accidental.

I may die today. This may be my final word to Christians. Muslims and Christians are brothers and sisters in Christ. Not in the way churches teach. Not in the way pastors twist it. But in the way Jesus actually meant it. Christ means the Messiah. The Messiah is Jesus son of Mary. And Jesus son of Mary preached one message Worship the Father, your Father. Not your literal father. Not some church doctrine. Not some influencer’s system of belief. Submit to God. Do His will. Live with purity. Stand for justice. Fight oppression. Love the poor. Protect the orphan. Serve humanity. Muslims follow that message. Christians try to follow that message. Every soul that loves Jesus for who he actually was is connected. Brothers and sisters in Christ does not mean we share doctrine. It means we share the mission of the Messiah. To bring humanity back to God. To obey the Creator. To prepare the world for the Day Jesus returns with truth. Christians believe he is the Messiah. Muslims believe he is the Messiah. Christians await his return Muslims await his return. Christians love his mother. Muslims love his mother. Christians honor his disciples. Muslims honor his disciples. We can disagree on theology all day but the love for Jesus is real on both sides. And the Qur’an seals this bond with an ayah Christians never read. “Closest to the believers in affection are those who say We are Christians.” Qur’an 5:82 Allah Himself said Christians are closest to us. Not atheists. Not pagans. Not the corrupt. Not the oppressors. Christians. Because they still carry a piece of the original message. Do you understand? The mercy. The compassion. The spirit of Isa. The purity of Mary. The longing for God. I mean Prophet Muhammad PBUH literally called her the best woman created by God and described her in detail to correct all the things people made up about her, within Christian and Jewish theology. And when Jesus returns he will unite every sincere Christian and every sincere Muslim under one truth The truth he preached. The truth he lived. The truth he will restore. Not to erase your identity. But to purify it and prepare it for Allah. One God. One Creator. One mission. Seek to please him so we enter His Kingdom. This is the End Times prophecy. Not based on creed. Based on sincerity. Based on love for the Messiah. Based on obedience to the One who sent him. Based on the prophecies of our beloved Final Messenger Muhammad PBUH, the seal of the prophets, the mercy to mankind. Muslims and Christians are brothers and sisters in Christ because we are all children of the same God Jesus called “My Father and your Father. My God and your God.” John 20:17 That is the real unity. I started taking half a teaspoon of baking soda before bed again a week ago, and I noticed improved deep sleep, no need to wake up (to pee), and MUCH less grogginess in the morning.
I now dance naked in the morning, listening to 'Bailamos' by Enrique Iglesias, with a glass of OJ in hand, instead of being an easily irritable wench.
Many people report similar results.
I also add 2-3 tbsp of baking soda to my nightly bath.
Baking soda provides carbon dioxide that helps reduce the production of lactic acid. This appears to reduce the stress response and helps to calm the body = better sleep.
Supplementing with baking soda can mimic the effects of better thyroid function by helping to retain more carbon dioxide in the cells (similarly to the effect observed when being in high altitudes 🏔️).
Close to zero cost high ROI, really worth trying, in my opinion!
Current sleepy supp stack: red light, baking soda, magnesium glycinate, Progest-E Complex, aspirin (with K2), gelatine (milky gelatine drink), L-theanine and ice cream.
