He lost cuz his own greed (no real body to his soul) + poor emotional Intel, thinking he had megumi locked + insecurities/humanity that made him lost his composure + everyone's efforts and gojo's trust+ the flawed double impact

@DeuceTheUchiha i think this, Sukuna's defeat being poorly done, and Megumi's plight being underused are the only problems. even then, none of it is enough to offset rhe amazing things the final arc does. final chap is great too

ik im a JJK superfan but genuinely what made yall think the ending was so abysmal?? my only gripes were
-Nobara's horrible reintroduction
-Side Characters getting less shine
-Hakari vs Uraume offscreened

It's more the fact she doesn't have a struggle before hitting the move that disappoints the most

She is such a big anchor to him
He had to break free from his mentality by himself (sukuna is also a part of yuji when you think about it)
Her execution could have beenforshadowed and they could have made her run to the finger

The two of them could have been solved with not skipping the training arc to immediately go to gojo vs sukuna
It can set up nobaras return properly
