Lichen sclerosus and lichen planus causes long term (chronic) irritation of the skin of the vulva. This may be a possible cause of the increased cancer risk. #KnowYourVulva #Vulvalcancer

@VulvalCancerUK @LSclerosus Oh yes one of the reasons for me now needing to fidget, having to balance compression clothing with needing to be commando & having to undertake massage a few times a day! I do think a new event at the Olympic should be a time trial involving putting on compression items 😂💜
