Guys here is a secret. Corporates don't use free software. They rarely use opensource too because a lawsuit can drain their accounts. The people paying for WinRAR are corporations. This is why you need to sign some form of agreement to contribute to the likes of Google. You can't event contribute to Github's OSS repos. A line of code can lead to you making claims of the proceeds. Even with LLMs they have their own in house ones that fit these constraints. If you wanna sell sofware solve a pain point to corporates. It doesn't even need good UX. I just needs to work. You also need a suits guys to sell. Don't send your C engineer with his green hair.
