@Safeway bought a beef roast that was supposed to be 2.79 lb. I waited on my kitchen scale because I wanted to cut it in half. It was only 2.12 lb. Very disappointed

Knew I shouldn’t have trusted @safeway. Making a pie with heavy whipping cream. Did a grocery pick up. Got everything ready and went to pour the cream in, it is solid. Now I have to try to find a way to finish the pie without one of the main ingredients 😡

@Safeway first time last time for your delivery program. You missed a bag. Gave us a discount and now we have to go drive back to the store and pay full price for the items that you forgot. We will give you a credit is not the best answer. Get it right on a holiday weekend

@Safeway my grocery delivery was stolen by a driver. I have proof from both myself AND customer support. I was supposed to be refunded and have this in writing from one of your employees. Never got my money back, now another employee is saying no refund. Do I need to sue you?
