@British_Airways @British_Airways and, I have not hestitated and contact your team multiple times now. Do you even know the time that goes in submitting the claim and you don’t seem to care about it and just mark it as closed without resolution.

@British_Airways If that’s the case, why only a portion of the case got addressed and the remaining issue remains unresolved. Have sent an email to airlines over 12 times now. Such a waste of time relying on customer relations for the support. @British_Airways

@British_Airways Raised disruption cases multiple times under my booking, but keep getting CLOSED without any resolution or update. Extremely disappointed with the lack of support. If this remains unresolved, I will escalate the matter to the Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA)

Disgraceful treatment at @British_Airways Heathrow! A supervisor threatened to call the police on me and my 7yo autistic daughter after a cancelled flight. He escorted us out, yet another agent fixed the issue in 2 mins. Result? Surgery app delayed 3 months. #BritishAirways

@British_Airways Flight cancelled by British Airways, rebooked onto Air Canada — but BA failed to issue the ticket. Left stranded at the gate being told to “deal with it there.” Caused huge stress and anxiety before boarding. Absolutely unacceptable service. Never flying BA again

@British_Airways your team just closed my valid compensation claim as a "duplicate," but the dates prove otherwise. Claim 1: Inbound delay on Feb 13 (YYZ to LIS) Claim 2: Outbound cancellation on Feb 22 (LIS - YYZ) Closing my case without checking the dates is unacceptable.

@AirCanada I’m a loyal customer, but had a frustrating experience on July 10 flying YVR to YYZ. My carry-on, which met size requirements, was forced to be checked at the gate. Upon arrival, it was damaged. Claim #CAS-9473645-NOZ8X0. Please assist.

The @British_Airways drop off is concerning. Website doesn’t work half the time, app doesn’t work half the time. When it does, you need your reference number to view your own details. Now I can’t check in. 6 flights booked between now and end of March and they will be my last.
