See the bumber of times i called samsung customer care. Its been almost a month you dint return pickup my damaged tv. After selling it seems you dont care about the service you provide. Selling damaged goods is your top priority isnt it? @SamsungIndia @jagograhakjago

I have purchased a 55” tv from Samsung website during festive season. But I received a damaged tv. I have complained regarding it but till now no return pickup is done. Its been more than 18 days @SamsungIndia @jagograhakjago please help.

This is the worst experience and behaviour from Samsung customer care. Even after delivering damaged tv they have the audacity to behave rudely and wont pickup the damaged tv. Shame on you samsung india @SamsungIndia @jagograhakjago
