@RailwaySeva @drm_dli We ordered food for our kids on train no. 19412, but due to a delay of 1 hour 45 minutes, the food didn’t arrive on time. Our kids had to sleep without eating. A delay of 5–10 minutes is understandable, but such long delays are unacceptable. Is this the level of service ????
