Seven months now and I can't access my Sagicor online banking???What is going on @SagicorJa !!😒😒 I'm using an updated Chrome browser, my username and password are correct, I haven't done anything different. 7mnths n no one can tell me what's wrong or fix it??Thr makes NO SENSE!

So when I do the usual travel advisory with S*gicor, please tell me why the card start decline once I got to this specific country? Suppose I didn't have other payment options, me would have to kick it outta door? This is ridiculous.

@SagicorJa how is it that your health card says you pay 80% and the patient pays 20% yet when the patient goes to the hospital they are being told that's not how it works. Only to find out that Sagicor says "they only pay what they feel is comfortable " what kinda scamming dis???

I really try with you @SagicorJa but your system simply cannot be crashing every week. Call customer care and I have to call back (the can't even call me back) because the platform to verify me is down. Come on.

Scotiabank @ScotiabankJM @scotiabank lost my incoming $US wire. 3 wires in 1 month and only 1 can be found, despite the traces from the sending bank showing nothing changed in the sending details. Despite about 4 escalations, all closed with lies about the incorrect SWIFT code.

@SagicorJa please don't let me take this to the tv stations or to people who have more influence than I do! 2 times now my mother has had to pay more than 50% of her bill when she has a Healthcard that says it will cover 80%!!!! This is a big scam!

Why is it that @SagicorJa give so many issues when they have to replace a credit card? After 5 days of waiting to get my card replaced am now been told the card has not been created? I will have to go into the bank to re report it after they told me I will get one in 5 days kmt
